2. Project Booking:
To qualify for the promotion, the project must be confirmed with a signed contract and deposit received.
3. Offer Validity:
This offer is valid for a limited time. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
4. Changes & Cancellations:
If the project is cancelled or altered after confirmation, the bathroom giveaway promotion will no longer be applicable. Charges for any additional work will apply.
5. Completion & Warranty:
Your room will be completed within the allocated job timeline unless unforeseen issues arise.
All work is backed by our standard warranty for quality and satisfaction.
6. Fixtures & Tiles:
Fixture and tile selection is from within our builder’s range. This includes chrome and black tapware and a variety of vanities, shaving cabinets, baths, toilets and accessories. Any selections made outside of this range will incur extra costs.
7. Bathroom Works:
Any works outside of a standard bathroom will not be included in the giveaway and will incur an extra charge. Eg: under floor heating, heated towel rails, window changes, brickwork, skylights.
8. Winner selection:
All quotes secured with a deposit in the months of April & May will go into the draw.
Winner will be drawn on 1.6.25.
Winner will be notified by telephone and will be advertised on social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.

Standard paint colours and finishes are included within the promotion, and it is the client responsibility to notify us of the colour.
